At Croma we believe that customer satisfaction with the product purchased is of paramount importance. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at Croma we offer an Exchange policy:
- You are requested to present the product to be exchanged within 4 days of purchase (Including Sundays & Holidays).
- At the time of exchange please present the original proof of purchase in the form of the bill/invoice/cash/memo.
- The Product to be exchanged must be in undamaged and saleable condition. All merchandise should be returned with original packaging, accessories, parts, instructions, manuals, etc.
- On Particular case to case basis, provided the product has any inherent defects, then we will exchange it or issue credit notes as long as the product is presented within 4 days from the date of purchase.
No exchange for Computers & peripherals, Imaging Devices, Mobiles & Communication Tools, Entertainment Products, Large Appliances or any product sold under special offers or Promotional Schemes unless they have any inherent defects.
Submission of CASH MEMO is a MUST for all Exchanges.
