Administration Executives

We need a person who knows how to run the show. Take care of all the myriad statutory and legal requirements for the store specific to that region. You need to be a graduate with around 2-3 years experience in Retail or related industry. They will also work towards reducing Administrative costs and ensure that the store area is well maintained and presentable.

Assistant Department Managers

If you have most of the above qualities but are running slightly short on experience then you are most welcome to join us as an Assistant Department Manager. Then you can with your perseverance and our support go places. The opportunities are boundless; you only need to know how to make the right impact.

You also need to be a graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in the retail industry. Your responsibilities will include achieving & exceeding sales targets; being in-charge of specific category with a team of sales people and maintaining stock availability & stock replenishment. Encouraging team culture, ensuring awareness and adherence to all safety and general policies amongst his team members and most importantly, following up with customer support activities to ensure that all complaints are resolved satisfactorily.

Customer Service Specialist

If you like hard work, enjoy challenges and have a penchant for technology; if you have an excellent attitude and are willing to help our customers take home the right product and an excellent experience then you are our man.

You also need to be a H.Sc. pass with preferably some experience in retail industry. Your responsibilities will include achieving sales target in a specific product category. You will act as a face of the company & should be service oriented. You also need to have up to date product knowledge.

Department Manager

If you live life on the fast pace; if you are a people’s man, a born leader who naturally commands inspiration; if you understand why we are so passionate about “helping our customers to buy” and not just selling our products; and if you are up to date on the latest in the technology world then we really want you as our Department Manager.

You also need to be a graduate (preferably an MBA) with 3 to 5 years of experience in Retail industry. Your main responsibilities will involve achieving & exceeding sales target of the two or more product categories. Ensuring employee morale and motivation. Product training for the team members. Co-ordinating internally with distribution centre regarding availability of stocks and most importantly looking into Customer Service Department.

Head Cashiers

People with experience in managing the cash till and the cash flow in and out of the store. We are looking for young and enthusiastic people who are able to handle ambiguity and stress and simultaneously give excellent service to our customers. Ensuring smooth functioning of cashiering at front end & POS machines.

Good team players with a commerce degree and relevant experience are most welcome to apply.

Logistics Officer

If you are a H.Sc. with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and are able to work in a dynamic and unstructured environment then you may apply. You also need to have good time management skills and inventory control. Among other things your responsibilities will also include timely goods dispatch from Distribution Centre to Stores and customers and co-ordinating with the secondary transporters.

You could be independently handling a workforce of 50 odd people and constantly ensuring that every customer who walks into a Croma Store goes back with a tremendous experience.

You also need to be a Graduate (preferably an MBA) with at least 5 years of experience in Retail industry. Your main responsibilities will be achieving & exceeding sales target of the store; maintaining high level of customer service standards and customer satisfaction; leading the team and monitoring day to day operations of the store; store staff training & development. Strategic planning for Sales, Margins, Sales per square feet, GMROI, Stock turns, cost reduction, organizing store level marketing and last but not the least store profitability will also feature as key responsibilities.

Maintenance Officer

You need to be a H.Sc. with 1 -2 years of experience in the Retail or related industry. Among your basic responsibilities will be to look after the maintenance and upkeep of all the facilities at the store such as civil, electrical, sound, light, air conditioner & other interior related jobs and also the maintenance of infrastructure of existing stores.

Site Engineers

You need to have a degree or diploma in Civil engineering with 1 to 2 years of experience in Retail or related industry. Your responsibilities will include among other things to co-ordinate internally at the project site with the Vendors, Store planners and Projects team. Ensure completion of projects within the given time frame & costs to the satisfaction of the end user and to look after maintenance requirements of existing stores.

Store Accountant

Handling big money without sweat; managing the cash registers efficiently and a good attitude is all you need to come on board.

You also need to be a B.Com with at least 5 years experience in the retail industry. Your responsibilities will include handling a team of head cashiers; back end accounting & cash transaction, monitoring & managing the vendor bill processing and reconciliations. Taking care of cheques, gift vouchers, foreign currency, manual invoices, Cheque clearance and account sale clearance, global cash tallying, daily sales report, financial accounting tally, financial accounting in SAP-B1, MIS etc. would also feature in your Job description.
